Especially because I... read more purchased my car a few months ago. I was referred to Freeway Collision center by my dear friend. She toId me they were really good and very professional. Well, I can honestly say that I am SO HAPPY with my car! It looks as if nothing happened to it. No issues at all. When I came to pick it up, it was a bit cold and I had my son with me. He had the heater on, they had washed my car AND he removed the adhesive sticker residue on the windshield that I hadn't removed after I purchased the car! (If you know what I'm talking about, you know those stickers are SO HARD to get off) The owners were so professional, welcoming and I'm so so satisfied with their work. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I know I'll be very well taken care of. Thank you so much!

While commuting on a business trip, I was involved in an accident on the street in an unfamiliar area. The nearest Freeway Collision Center. It's for a 2007 Honda Accord... read more and I was going to take it to a body shop closer to my area but the car was no where in a condition to be driven.
When I got to the body shop, I was greeted by the service manager,, who helped take care of everything....the insurance paperwork, and even making sure I kept up to date on the status of the repair.
Luckily, the car is a Honda Accord and the parts arrived quickly with another 2 days for repair and paint. Great job and great service, highly recommend!

How do I begin... First of all, no one has time to get in an auto accident and have to get it repaired!! Lesson one, we need to slow down... read more and look all ways (smile) so we can avoid the issues, but if they do occur OMG Thank GOD for Freeway Collision Center and rescuing me from a panic attack. I had a collision on my way to work, looked at the time and started to panic because I had to get to work, get out of work and pick up my daughter, looked at my car and realized it was not going to happen so easily.
Immediately, I called Freeway Collision Center before normal business hours and they had a tow truck front and center in less than 30 minutes, Provided me (Free of Charge) a Lyft Ride to work, and of course this took away the stress of car rental agencies opening after my shift would begin which would have caused more stress.
So far so good, huh? Well, it did not end there,
I called to plan for a time to pick up my vehicle when all the repairs were done and spoke with ARSEN and let him know that I will be there a little early because I wanted to get the windows tinted. He said, "I have a guy that can come here and tint them for you if you want?" I was like "Oh, ok, how much will they charge?" he chuckled and said, "Don't worry about it, I'll pay for it." I was speechless and of course accepted the offer.
When it was time to pick up my vehicle It was sparkling new looking and smelled like it just came out of a beauty salon, being pampered for the day, with new tint and it looked amazing.
Before I was about to leave, I went over to thank RITA and HARRY, they were ordering their lunch and before you know, they were ordering mine, I was like, "No thank you," however, they insisted. I gave in and said, "Ok, how much do I owe you?" they both chuckled and said, "Hun, don't worry about it, customers like you, is what makes us happy to give." "I was like, "Oh, ok, Thank you."
These people are amazing.... and I know GOD will continue Blessing these Generous People

I had the best experience with Freeway Collision Center! I was referred to Harry the owner through a colleague after I was involved in an accident. Harry was on it... read more from day one, he actually towed my car to his shop and worked diligently on finding the parts which I know was not easy during a pandemic. He kept me updated constantly on the status of my car which was extremely comforting to me. Harry answered my calls every single time and my texts immediately, that is rare!!! I was involved in a very bad accident; however, Harry and his amazing team made sure my car looked brand new once the team was done with it! I have a Range Rover HSE, and it looks better and drives better now!!! I am a professional Doctor and don't have much time to myself, so Harry made sure my car was delivered to my work, now that is true professionalism! I was also walked through everything that was done to my car step by step, I don't know much about cars but he explained it so well that even I understood! But the reason I'm writing this review is not just to say how amazing and professional they were, it is to say that Harry and the entire team made me feel like family, you cannot find that anywhere in the automotive business. I felt so taken care of from day one, kept informed, and Harry picked up my call no matter what day or time it was, I felt that I was in excellent hands. I never do reviews, but I felt the need to do one for this amazing business. If you have any car trouble;however, big or small, trust your car with Freeway Collision Center, you will be 100% satisfied and you will feel like you're with family and that's the key to Harry's business!
