  My car was hit while parked in front of my job by a driver of the business next door. It was a PAIN for me to get the driver to... read more admit fault (even though I had him on video), but I didn't have to worry about who would fix my vehicle. I knew right away I'd be taking it to Arsen over at Freeway Collision Center. I called him and explained to him the damage on my vehicle, he told me to bring it in the next day. They went to work on my car! Although there was a hiccup when I was told initially my car was ready, Arsen corrected the problems and I was beyond happy with the results.
Hopefully this doesn't happen again, but I definitely know who I'm coming to, to get my car fixed. Thank you Arsen and Freeway Collision Center!!

Well, I can honestly say that I am SO HAPPY with my car! It looks as if nothing happened to it. No issues at all. When I came to pick it up, it was a bit cold and I had my son with me. He had the heater on, they had washed my car AND he removed the adhesive sticker residue on the windshield that I hadn't removed after I purchased the car! (If you know what I'm talking about, you know those stickers are SO HARD to get off) The owners were so professional, welcoming and I'm so so satisfied with their work. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I know I'll be very well taken care of. Thank you so much!

They were also always keeping me updated on everything going on with my car and insurance updates and even saved my carpool stickers to save me the trouble of ordering new ones from the DMV.   While commuting on a business trip, I was involved in an accident on the street in an unfamiliar area. The nearest Freeway Collision Center. It's for a 2007 Honda Accord... read more and I was going to take it to a body shop closer to my area but the car was no where in a condition to be driven.

When I got to the body shop, I was greeted by the service manager,, who helped take care of everything....the insurance paperwork, and even making sure I kept up to date on the status of the repair.

Luckily, the car is a Honda Accord and the parts arrived quickly with another 2 days for repair and paint. Great job and great service, highly recommend!
